The review starts with a 30-minute intake call (phone or virtual) to discuss the concerns you have about your child's progress. You will be asked to complete a brief intake form so we can gather basic information.
After the intake, we will ask you to send copies of your child's last two year's records: IEPs, progress notes, report cards, standardized testing data and their most recent evaluation. These documents will be reviewed in detail within 7-10 days.
Once all records are reviewed and analysis is complete, we will have a 60-minute meeting (virtual) to go over all findings and recommendations.
You will leave the review meeting with written recommended next steps, including sample letters and suggested language for communicating with your teams to move forward.
